Twilio Setup
Create Twilio Account
Step 1: Log in to Twilio using the URL below.
Step 2: Click on Account and select Account Management.
Step 3: Under the Keys & Credentials menu, select API keys & tokens. Copy Account SID and Auth Token and use them for app configuration.
Step 4: After that, click on Account Dashboard > Develop > Messaging Section > Senders. Select WhatsApp senders and click Create new sender.
Step 5: Fill up all the required information and click on the Submit request.
Step 6: After submitting the request, you will get the Twilio WhatsApp Number. Copy and use it for extension configuration.
Create Message Template
Step 1: Now, create a New WhatsApp template to send Notifications.
Go to Dashboard > Develop > Messaging Section > Senders > Content Template Builder
Click on the Create New button
Step 2: Add general information of the template.

Step 3: Set the message as per your requirement. Click on the Save and Submit for WhatsApp approval button.
Step 4: Fill Up the Sample Variables Information on the Popup and click on Save and Submit.
Step 5: You can see the Submit for WhatsApp review pop-up. Select the Utility option and click on Submit.
Step 6: After approval, you can copy the Content Template SID of the template.
